Overview
If you are not completely satisfied with Orchid purchase or gift for any reason, you have the right to return the products within 21 days on full priced items and 7 days on sale items from receipt of your order.
All products must be returned to us unused and with all Orchid and designer tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box (outer and inner boxes) and packaging, along with the original invoice, please refer to the below section for more information.
We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings (including sets with pierced earrings) due to hygienic reasons. This applies even in cases where the earrings have never been worn.
Customized products cannot be replaced or returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Returns of defective items are limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
Damaged products that are covered by warranty are replaced with a new one through our offline stores, in case of non availability exchange is permitted on any product of the same value.
If we receive any return of defective items outside of our return policy, we will return such item back to you.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Returns are subject to extra fee charges depends on Location.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 Working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@orchid-uae.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@orchid-uae.com and schedule a courier pickup.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail us at support@orchid-uae.com and we will schedule courier pickup your product to return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depends on your Location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
